In this game you help Lionel to find a new place to live with his pride. Travel to the most beautiful African landscapes and the most inhospitable Asian scenarios.
But what differentiates it from games like Mario and Megaman? The perspective. In The Adventures of Lionel you decide which side of level you are going to use, the front or the back. Find your own way, for there are many ways to reach your destination.
What I did

Designed a 2D puzzle platformer which the core mechanic is the camera perspective switch.

Designed levels to progressively introduce new challenges and improve the players’ learning curve instigating the player to keep exploring and experimenting with game mechanics.

Organized playtests on a regular basis to improve game balancing and tuning.

Designed the UI to introduce the main game mechanic before the need to use it. The player would be familiarized with it when the mechanic use was necessary.

Designed and created all art assets and effects.
